- Rs. 11,000/-for 2nd position in a semester in PTU & Rs. 31,000/- for maintaining it throughout all the semesters.
- Rs. 5,100/-for 3rd position in a semester in PTU & Rs. 21,000/-for maintaining it throughout all the semesters.

Cash Award for Meritorious Students of Doaba Polytechnic College of Campuses I,II & III
- Rs. 11,000/- forlst position in a semester in PSBTE & Rs. 31,000/-for maintaining it throughout all the semesters.
- Rs. 5,100/- for 2nd position in a semester in PSBTE & Rs. 21,000/-for maintaining it throughout all the semesters.
- Rs. 4,100/- for 3rd position in a semester in PSBTE & Rs. 11,000/- for maintaining it throughout all the semesters.
DGC offers up to 100% scholarship for the students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories under the Government scheme.
Post-Metric Scholarship to SC students
- Eligibility: A Student
- a) Belongs to SC category of Punjab region.
- b) Should be resident of Punjab.
- c) Family income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- p.a.
Post-Metric Scholarship to OBC Students
- Eligibility: A Student
- a) Belongs to OBC category of Punjab region.
- b) Should be resident of Punjab.
- c) Family income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 1,00,000/- p.a.
Post Metric scholarships for Minorities
- Eligibility: A Student
- a) Belongs to Sikh/Muslim/Christian/Buddhism or Parsee religion respectively.
- b) Family income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- Per annum.
- c) Should score 50% marks in previous final examination.
- d) Scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail of any other scholarship/stipend
- Eligibility: A Student
- a) Pursuing General Degree Course, Engineering or Medical studies.
- b) Pursuing the course in institution located outside the state of J&K.
- c) Who has passed the class XII or equivalent exam from the J&K Board or CBSE.
- d) Income ceiling is below Rs 4, 50,000/-per annum.
- e) Availing of the other scholarship scheme would not be eligible to avail this scholarship.
