Expert Lecture on Digital Security organised at Doaba Institute

Doaba Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kharar, successfully organized an expert lecture on the topic “Digital Security” on March 20th , 2026. The session aimed to enhance awareness among students and faculty regarding the growing importance of cybersecurity in today’s digital era.

The keynote speaker for the lecture was Dr. Neeraj Mohan, Assistant Professor (CSE), IKGPTU Mohali Campus. Dr. Mohan delivered an insightful and engaging session, highlighting key aspects of digital security, including cyber threats, data protection, safe online practices, and emerging challenges in the digital world. His practical examples and real-world case studies made the session highly informative and relevant for the audience.

Dr. Sandeep Sharma, Principal, appreciated Dr. Neeraj Mohan for delivering such a wonderful and enlightening lecture on a highly significant topic. He emphasized the importance of digital awareness among students and encouraged them to adopt safe and responsible online practices.
