Chairman

We are launching the website with an aim of apprising the general public about the profiles of the institutes run by Doaba Khalsa Trust. We are into technical education since 1998 when we started Doaba Polytechnic at Raipur (Near Ropar). Another campus came up in Chandigarh in 2006 and we have started campus III at Rahon (Nawanshahr) in 2009. The success story of these institutes is reflected in the page devoted to the Achievers. Our institutions aspire to reach the pinnacle of success in producing the best professionals.

I extend my best wishes to all the students and the staff of Doaba Group of Colleges.

Executive Vice Chairman

For the development and enhancement of the mental canvas of the students it is must for them to know something of everything and everything of something. As the times have changed, specialization and team work are the buzz words of the modern system. The globalizing culture of the era demands continuous efforts to learn and adapt.

So, the transparently ecologically and geographically balanced environment in the institutes of Doaba Group gives impetus to the nourishment of the youth with the needed technical and professional education along with mental, physical and spiritual growth.

The Team Doaba comprising NRIs and Indian residents has a 'Never say die spirit'. Hard work is the MANTRA.

I extend warm welcome to the students and their parents who wish to join Doaba Group of colleges.

Managing Vice Chairman

In the roller - coaster 21st century world of ups and downs, Darwinian maxim of 'survival of the fittest' sounds more and more true. Therefore, dear students, the necessity of preparing yourself as sound professionals and technocrats for the fiercely competitive global market is more pronounced today.

We, at Doaba Group of Colleges, have an abiding commitment to provide state of the art infrastructure and a throbbing intellectual atmosphere. Onus of hard work and maximum utilization of facilities is on you.

Few experience ever match the satisfaction of seeing one's name in print as an author. I congratulate all the budding authors and artist who have contributed to the campus magazine. I appreciate the efforts put in by the editors and congratulate them for the publication of Doaba Spectrum'.

Management of men and material is an art and this art has to be learnt by the young technocarts. Otherwise the technological advancements coupled with rat for money have dehumanizing effect on the youth entering the portals of life. Different platforms are being provided by Doaba Group of Colleges for all round development of the youth. At times the eagerness of these young people to learn, imbibe and excel encourages us to give them more open space in all walks of life. Brainstorming session and extension lectures are the need of the day. We promise to create avenues where the students can grow with human feeling for fellow citizen of the world.
