The college has a well equipped, sophisticated Central library with a large stock of books of various disciplines. Besides the college also maintains separate departmental libraries in each department. The DGC Central Library is a state of the art RFID equipped automated library. The automation of the library has completed its first phase with all library books furnished with RFID tags. It is in step with the vision of an automated library where patrons can borrow and return books and other media entirely on their own.
